Within the framework of the State’s policy to expand financial inclusion system which includes all kinds of electronic payment in order to decrease cash transaction, El Delta company initiated, in cooperation with e-finance and using its e-payment network spread throughput the Republic, the following projects:

1. The project of e-payment for electricity bills, of charging pre-paid meters and of smart meters for the benefit of the Ministry of Electricity and Energy.
